Our Kobe dining table was created to be the central piece of furniture around which a family can dine, work and live. The form is both minimal and welcoming, with shapes inspired by traditional Japanese buildings.
Constructed from Baltic birch plywood and finished with either a semi-matt hard-wax oil, the natural feel and colour of the wood are maintained, with a Forbo desktop adding a splash of colour. Made from a mixture of linseed oil, wood flour, and pigments – and supported by a smooth Formica backing – the surface will remain perfectly flat, resisting the potentially warping effects of everyday life.
