Returns + Cancellations
If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. Unfortunately as our furniture is made to order we are unable to accept returns.
If goods arrive damaged or faulty please take photos of the packaging immediately and contact us by email within 2 working days. Furniture which arrives damaged will either be replaced or the original cost will be refunded at our discretion. The cost of returning a faulty or damaged item to us will also be reimbursed.
Cancellations are accepted within 14 days of placing an order. Any cancellation made after 14 days of placing an order will incur a charge for 10% of the order value.
