Get in touch via phone, email or in person at our workshop studio, with an outline of what you have in mind. We will need the overall dimensions, your preferred materials and any other customisations that you would like to make. If the design is more complicated, a photo of a simple drawing is an effective way to communicate proportions and design details.

We will quickly put a quote together usually within 1-2 days, based on the details provided and send this to you via email. This can easily be updated if you would like to consider different options.

If you are happy with the quote, place the order by following the instructions on the quote in order to secure your place in our schedule. Full payment or a 50% down payment is taken upfront with the remainder due prior to manufacturing.

You will have another 4 weeks to make final decisions on the materials and design, which will give you chance to review any samples and drawings which we will send to you.

For small customisations this step isn’t always necessary. However on most custom orders, within 4 weeks of placing your order, we will e-mail a scale drawing to you for confirmation, or to make any changes if required.

If you would like to see a drawing prior to an order being placed, we will ask for a design fee for each piece of furniture, which will then be deducted from the price of the quote you have received.

We will start working on your order 2-4 weeks prior to shipping your order. Once complete we will contact you to confirm the dispatch and delivery date along with a link for tracking your shipment.

Delivery usually takes place within 1 week after completion of the order. For domestic orders, shipping is usually via a white glove delivery service. International orders are sent via air freight and are delivered kerbside in a palletised crate. Will will contact you prior to shipping to confirm the details.
