Bee9 Design is an innovative design studio + workshop which develops and manufactures a growing collection of minimal and modern furniture. The Bee9 approach is to design for use with modern technology in mind and to promote healthy living.

The studio based workshop is located in Yorkshire, England where designs are developed using working prototypes to consistently produce innovative and interesting products.

Our furniture is made to order from scratch, usually with a lead time of 6-8 weeks. This enables us to make custom versions of our own furniture range as well as completely bespoke pieces when drawings are supplied by the client.

We specialise in working with Birch plywood and a combination of other materials, laminates and veneers. Our products have a minimal aesthetic influenced by the Scandinavian and Japanese traditions and the Dieter Rams principles of good design.
